為加強本澳居民、青年及學生對“國家安全法”的認識，澳門大學校友會日前假萬豪軒酒家一樓萬紫廳舉辦二○二三“國家安全法”專題講座，數十名參加者出席，場面熱鬧。項目獲澳門基金會支持。
校友會理事長葛萬金致詞表示，國際形勢複雜多變，國家安全是全國及特區居民都需要學習及認識的課題。
在主題發言環節，來自廣東省黨校、碩士生導師程雨燕以總體國家安全觀為主題，從人民安全、經濟安全、軍事文化社會安全、國際安全及政治安全等五大內容，詳細解釋國家安全的重要性，分析精確到位；澳門科技大學法學院及博士生導師朱世海從澳門特區角度，從二○○九年澳門落實“廿三條立法”及現時立法會對國安法的修訂，與香港近年風波作比對及解釋，強調國家安全法是全球各國都有的法律，作用就是維護國家安全，並分享心得和建議。
在提問環節，參加者各抒己見，積極發言，紛紛表達對國安法的支持及建議，氣氛熱烈。
